About the program
What you can expect
Anger itself is a normal emotion, but it can become a serious problem when it is expressed or managed in ways that damage relationships, increase stress, or interfere with sound decision-making.
Aliento Counseling's existing Anger Control curriculum emphasizes the effect anger can have on happiness, family relationships, social skills, work and business relationships, and stress.
The program helps participants slow down the reaction process, identify triggers, consider consequences, communicate more effectively, and practice more constructive responses.
